1. Sugar-free white chocolate brownies
- 180 g. of white chocolate without sugar
- 180 g. of low-fat butter
- 120 g. of wholemeal flour
- 2 large eggs
- 20 g. of stevia
- a teaspoon of vanilla (optional)
- a pinch of salt
In a saucepan over low heat, immediately put the butter and white chocolate, until the mixture is liquid. Once done, set it aside, letting it cool down a bit.
Then, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the stevia, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Immediately after, slowly add the previous mixture of butter and chocolate, continuing to mix, so that everything fits perfectly.

- 3 medium eggs
- 200ml liquid whipping cream (low fat)
- 150 ml of coffee
- 15 g. of stevia
- sugar-free chocolate
The first thing to do is separate the egg albums from the yolks, setting the whites aside and starting to beat the yolks in a bowl, gradually adding the stevia.
Put the egg yolks in a saucepan over medium heat with the coffee already prepared, mixing everything to prevent the eggs from congealing or forming unsightly lumps.
Once you have a very homogeneous mixture, remove it from the heat and let it cool. In order for the eggs to cook well, you will have to wait about 5 minutes.
Then pour the (cold) cream into another bowl and start whipping it. Keep the mixture prepared with the coffee close to it and incorporate it into the container of whipped cream, preferably using a spatula. We advise you to perform enveloping movements so as not to create bubbles and not to deflate the preparation.
