Water is even more important than food. Did you know that you can go a week without food but only a day without drinking before the body suffers? Of course, you know of the famous “two liters of water a day”. This is the minimum you should consume.

When it is hot and you are exercising, this amount should increase to three liters. If you are not used to drinking water, you can take a bottle with you, put an alarm on your mobile phone or download an application that alerts you when it is time to drink water.
