Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 Wheat fritters
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 100 grams of sliced mushrooms
- Grated cheddar cheese
First, cut the chicken breasts into strips and add a little salt. Make sure the strips are all the same size, thin and long, so they are easier to eat and put in the quesadilla.
Now, cut the onion into strips and fry it in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook. Also add the chicken breast cut into strips and cook until golden.

- 200 grams of shrimp

Wash the peppers and roast them on a griddle. Once ready, let them rest for a few minutes to make peeling and cleaning the seeds easier. When they are clean, put them on a plate waiting to be filled later.
