If you don’t like these ingredients, you can also add  lettuce, fresh cheese, olives, cucumbers or crabmeat. 

We advise you to avoid dressing the salad with sauces, as you will only add calories and therefore you will no longer have a light pasta salad. The best choice would be to add a pinch of salt and a little olive oil and vinegar.

First,  carefully empty the tomatoes by cutting off the top  which you will then use as a cap. Set the tomatoes aside and  cook the pulp obtained.

If you don’t like the idea of ​​eating raw tomato, you can cook it in the oven while you prepare the filling. Be careful not to overcook it though, otherwise it will become too soft and it will be impossible to add the filling.
