You have often heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and, since it is, you must obviously try to prepare a healthy breakfast.
Normally we tend to eat foods that prepare quickly because we don’t want to waste time, for example industrial confectionery products or foods with too much sugar. This is a serious mistake. With these ideas, you will see that you will not waste too much time preparing a healthy and simple breakfast!
Breakfast with fruit
Vegan banana pancakes
If you don’t want to use eggs, you can take advantage of this alternative based on ripe bananas. These pancakes can be accompanied by natural yoghurt and chopped fresh fruit.
Oats with fruit
This combination is one of the best for speeding up the metabolism, as it provides energy to the body. To prepare this healthy breakfast, you only need to prepare half a cup of oats with skim milk and then add a spoonful of wheat and your favorite fruit.
Smoothie with milk, oats and fruit
Use a cup of skim milk, half a cup of oats and a piece of your favorite fruit or more than one. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend them. You can put it in the fridge to drink it cooler.
Toast with avocado, tuna and mango with rye bread
Make an avocado cream by blending it with yogurt or fresh cheese and add the tuna and mango.
Greek yogurt with muesli
We use Greek yogurt as it has more protein than normal and is a great probiotic. Also, we add some muesli, whether it be as fruit or as dried fruit.
Cous cous with milk and fruit
Use couscous with milk and your favorite fruit, as it’s a great way to add carbohydrates to a healthy breakfast. If you are short on time, you can prepare it for two or three days and keep it in the fridge.

There are various types of breakfast sandwiches. Our idea is to have a turkey sandwich, which is low in calories, and add greens or vegetables to taste. In addition to this, it is recommended to use wholemeal bread.
Chocolate and chia pudding with yogurt
This recipe is perfect for those who prefer dessert for breakfast. Remember that chia seeds should be left to soak for at least an hour (but you can also leave them overnight). Then, add the remaining ingredients of this delicious and creamy pudding.
To prepare these crepes you will need: two glasses of skim milk, 100 grams of wheat flour and 100 grams of wholemeal flour, 40 grams of sugar and 3 eggs. Then you will need oil and butter, 150 grams of fruit and 75 grams of dark chocolate.
To begin, prepare the dough. To do this, beat the eggs with the two sifted flours, sugar, skimmed milk and 20 grams of butter. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Next, put a pan on the stove and grease it with some kitchen paper with olive oil on top. So, afterwards, you won’t overdo it with the oil. Take the dough and pour in two spoonfuls, browning both sides of the crepes. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished.
To fill them, you have to put them open on a plate and put the fruit you prefer. If you wish, you can decorate them with melted chocolate.
