Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Half a rabbit
  • 200 grams of champignon mushrooms
  • 400 grams of rice
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Beef broth
  • salt
  • Olive oil


First,  clean the rabbit and cut it into pieces. Don’t make very large portions to make it easier to eat. Then add salt.

The next step is to brown it. Once browned, put it in a dish with the oil in which you cooked it. In this way it will flavor.

Add the champignon mushrooms to the same pan with the oil. In a couple of minutes they will be ready. Put the rabbit back into the pan and add the rice. Pour the meat broth over it. It is important that it is warm. If you want the rice to take a little color, you can add a couple of tablespoons of tomato.

It’s time to add some salt. The amount will vary based on how flavorful the broth is. Let it consume a little and then add salt. Once completely removed, let it rest for 5 minutes and then serve it.

  • 1 rabbit
  • 8 plums
  • A handful of raisins
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Half a cup of wine
  • Half a cup of water
  • salt


To cook this dish we will start with the rabbit. Since it is a recipe for 4 people, the ideal thing is to divide it into 4 parts, so it will be easier to serve it.

Once broken, add a little salt. Place it in the baking dish with the raisins and plums.

Turn on the oven to 170 degrees and while it reaches the temperature prepare the sauce to put on the rabbit. That way it won’t dry out and be more juicy.

In a bowl, add the wine, preferably red, water, a drop of olive oil and a drop of balsamic vinegar. Mix all the ingredients.
